What if you could use robots to capture unlimited data on your remote site, in real time, from anywhere in the world?

Spot is an agile mobile robot that navigates terrain with unprecedented mobility, allowing to automate routine inspection tasks and data capture safely, accurately, and frequently.

Next Generation Mobility

New technologies are presenting promising opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. The Next Generation Mobility is however not limited towards driver less cars, electric aircraft or taking the Hyperloop from Tesla. Robots are also joining in on the revolution in transforming how we move around.

Spot Spring Track

What if you could use robots to capture unlimited data on your remote site, in real time, from anywhere in the world? Spot is an agile mobile robot that navigates terrain with unprecedented mobility, allowing it to automate routine inspection tasks and data capture safely, accurately, and frequently. The ImpactLab team will explore technical applications and work with multiple stakeholders in finding new applications by working hands-on with Spot.


What?
Explore and define technical and commercial applications for Spot, for example:
- Understand & design/engineer mechanics (robotics)
- Understand & develop AI (cognitive robotics)
- Design/engineer embedded software systems
- Develop new business ideas

Who?
This project is open to Bachelor students, Master students or Post-Graduates from the TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Preferred profiles:
- Robotics
- Computer Science
- Innovation management
- Cognitive psychology

Why?

This project is FULL TIME, however you're invited to apply for a part time role and state your availability in the application.
